Refund Policy


Lap/Rec Swim: You must cancel by 8pm the night before to receive a NAC Credit on your account.

Water Fitness Classes: You must cancel 3 days before the class at 8pm to receive a full refund.

Lifeguarding/WSI/LGI Courses: If you drop before the class starts, you receive a full refund. If you attempt the pre-test and fail, you can either take a full credit for another course or receive 75% back but may not continue in the course. If you fail the class at any point after the pre-test, there is no money returned.

Swim Lessons: Students signed up for swim lessons will be issued a credit for another swim lesson if they do not want to take the class they signed up for or it is determined that the class is too hard or too easy and the facility and or patron cannot accommodate a shift to another day.
