We are so excited to be entering our 3rd year of Water Ballet at the NAC! The sport of water ballet, also known as synchronized swimming, is a great way for swimmers to express themselves in the pool. Swimmers will learn basic water ballet skills and motions and work on becoming better at floating on front and back, sculling, and then progress into basic water ballet skills such as the water ballet leg, clam and split clam and somersub. Stronger swimmers will also be working on Front dolphin, double water ballet leg, back and front walkovers and Kip/Split Kip.
Right now, registration for the Spring clinic is open, starts May 9th!
The summer program registration opens June 1st and will end with an end of session recital on July 31st.
