The NAC/OG Ocean mile is an annual race that raises money for a scholarship presented to several seniors each Year. Thank you for your support!

The course will be a triangle off the beach in Ocean Grove and a full mile swim. T-shirts and caps will be available for pre-registrants and walk ups on a limited basis. 


Check-In will be at the south end beach and you may start checking in at 7am. Race Starts at 8:30am. This will be a popsicle stick finish, self recording of times. Medals are given out to the top three finishers overall in each gender and then the top three finishers in each age bracket and gender with the top finishers removed. Top three finishers in the splash and dash will also receive a medal. 

As a reminder: We will be doing a popsicle stick finish where each racer will turn in their stick to their age group station to be entered as a finisher. Times will be available for racers to see as they cross the finish line.
