Adult Swim Lessons
Under the instruction of several swim instructors, adults 16 and older will learn a variety of swim skills  including the front crawl, back crawl, elementary backstroke, breaststroke, sidestroke and butterfly (depending on level) small group setting defined by the needs of the group. These classes are designed to help students interested in learning beginner swim skills or improving their current skills with new strokes and stroke refinement. The course will run one day a week for 45 minutes for four weeks and will have 10-15 students per class dependent on the level.

This course is designed for beginner and intermediate level instruction will also be provided at this level as multiple instructors will be teaching this course.
